Level Up: Everything About XP Points, Rewards, and the Leaderboard

Have you ever thought of your workouts as a role-playing game? In Eres Fitness Woman, we want to make improving your health fun and interactive. That's why we've integrated a complete system of experience points (XP), levels, and a community Leaderboard.

Here is how to make the most of it and become a fitness legend:

What Are XP Points?

XP (Experience Points) are the unit we use to measure your daily effort and consistency. Every healthy habit you log in the app gives you points.

How to get XP points:

  • Complete Workouts: Upon completing a session, you earn points calculated based on two elements:
    • Completing all exercises: +100 XP.
    • Active training time: Depends on the duration of your session: 4 to 5 minutes (+30 XP), 6 to 8 minutes (+80 XP), and more than 8 minutes (+100 XP). A fully completed session awards up to 200 XP!
  • Unlock Achievements: Reaching consistency milestones (like keeping a water streak or recording weight changes) unlocks achievements that award you large amounts of bonus XP directly.

Levels and Rewards

As you accumulate XP, your avatar levels up and unlocks key features in the mobile app automatically:

  • Level 2: Unlocks a surprise welcome gift on the platform.
  • Level 3: Unlocks the Water Metric to start logging your daily hydration, and activates automatic water reminders.
  • Level 5: Unlocks the Body Weight Metric to keep a visual log of physical changes over time, and unlocks new UI themes (Light/Dark mode).

You can check your current level and the progress bar under the Profile tab.

The Weekly Leaderboard

The Leaderboard displays all Eres Fitness members in a friendly, weekly ranking.

  • Weekly Reset: The rankings reset every Sunday night. Everyone has a fresh start to reach the top spot!
  • Ligas (Leagues): If you stay in the Top 3 of your board at the end of the week, you will advance to higher leagues, where challenges and rewards are even greater.
